Return & Exchange Policy Customers may return, or exchange purchased items within 14 days under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without affecting its quality.
  • The product is counterfeit, tampered with, or does not match the specifications listed on our website.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Items must be unopened and in a resalable condition, except in cases of defects or incorrect specifications.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during purchase (e.g., cash refunds for cash purchases or store credit).
  • No deductions, including transaction or processing fees, will be applied to refunds.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days from the refund request.
  • Exchanges are permitted within 14 days, provided the item remains sealed in its original packaging. Store credit for exchanges is valid for six months.

Processing a Return or Exchange

  • For returns or exchanges within 48 hours of purchase, contact us with the original invoice, and we will arrange a pickup from your registered address.
  • After 48 hours, return the item along with the original invoice to the address provided by our team.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty is applicable only for items that explicitly mention a warranty provider and duration at the time of purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, physical or water damage, or unauthorized accessories and battery.
  • To claim warranty services, the original purchase invoice must be provided.

Delivery Policy

  • We offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of order value or location.
  • We will ensure delivery within 24 hours from the time of order placement (except Fridays & public holidays).
  • Orders are delivered via our dedicated delivery network and third-party logistics providers when necessary.
  • Upon receipt of your order, your electronic or physical signature will serve as confirmation of delivery.
  • If you are unavailable at the specified address, the order may be delivered to an authorized recipient, whose signature will confirm receipt.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, please contact us to reschedule. We are not responsible for undelivered orders beyond 30 days from the purchase date.
